These custom cut MLS head gaskets are a must for your Mercedes diesel OM606/3 stroker build, precision cut bore and coolant passages.
Bore section is opened up to 89.5mm and the coolant ports are opened for optimal coolant flow to the rear cylinders.
I highly suggest you get your mating surfaces resurfaced for a clean and true seal on the head gasket. If your machine shop is capable of measuring Ra values after machining Aluminum heads they are best at 15-30Ra. if you do not resurface your mating surfaces and the gasket does not seal properly I will not reimburse. Pictures of the surfaces will clearly indicate if machining was done.
